Black and gold chef's knife

The chef’s knife is the most versatile of knives in the kitchen and is also the most used. It lends itself to any type of use on the cutting board and allows the largest cuts of preparation start. The drop blade is perfect for chopping and slicing meat, fish and vegetables.

Born from the suggestions of our social media community, this model is the first in the "knife of the month" series. Hammered after hammered, we hand forged the 21 cm blade. The handle is made through the union of maple stabilized wood in the colors black and gold.

Each knife is provided with hand-sewn packaging in black cloth and a little bottle of vegatable oil to take care of the wooden handle.
