Santoku knife

Santoku means "three uses": meat, fish and vegetables; and it is the oriental version of the kitchen knife.

 

Handcrafted in our workshop with c70 carbon steel with "brut de forge" finish, red palm wood handle and yellow details.

 

A little bottle of vegetable oil is supplied together with the knife for the care of the handle and the blade

 

Blade length: 17 cm;

Overall length: 29 cm.

 

Hand wash only.
