Scimitarra BBQ

The American scimitarra is a cutting knife that, besides being used in the world of butchery, is widely used in the world of BBQ to cut and trim meat before putting it on the barbecue or to cut roasts, ribs and cooked meat in general.

Handmade, the blade is made of 1.4116 stainless steel (about 58/59 HRC) and the handle is shaped by combining boxwood and maple stabilized in the color purple.

The knife is supplied with vegetable oil bottle for handle care.

Hand wash only.
