Santoku knife
Oriental version of the kitchen knife. Its name means "three uses": meat, fish and vegetables.
Handcrafted knife with X50CrMoV15 stainless steel with satin finish, mahogany wood handle and aluminium rivets.
Supplied with an handmade alcantara sachet and a little bottle of oil for the care of the handle.
The purchase of the handmade leather sheath is available.
